Bryan Johnson x ZEUGMA hyperbaric chamber
Bryan Johnson completed 76 hours of hyperbaric oxygen therapy during a 3 months experiment to explore the potential of HBOT as a longevity therapy.
โDonโt Dieโ has been our mantra for 2024, since the legendary Bryan Johnson incorporated the ZEUGMA hyperbaric chamber (2.0 ATA) into his longevity regimen.
Bryanโs biological markers were thoroughly evaluated before the treatment for the experiment, including his post-therapy measurements. The HBOT experiment was focused on potential systemic benefits, such as increased telomere length, reduced inflammation, improved brain and heart health, and slowing biological aging.
Bryan Johnson is renowned for his relentless pursuit of reversing aging. Weโre looking forward to reading the full report of his hyperbaric experiment in the near future.
Enjoy the panoramic windows
The most visible features of the ZEUGMA hyperbaric chamber are the transparent windows that create an open and calming environment.
The clear panels encourage a connection with the outside and promote a sense of openness rather than confinement, which is essential during hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions.
BIBS Oxygen Mask
The Built-In Breathing System (BIBS) is regulated by the tempo of your breath.
The BIBS regulator is designed to circulate oxygen effectively through the polyurethane hose while removing carbon dioxide. This feature ensures a safe and controlled therapy environment and always pure oxygen breathing, regulated by the rhythm of your breath.

The hyperbaric chamber system
System components
Hyperbaric Chamber
1 SEAT
The Hyperbaric Chamber is a capsule for breathing pure oxygen under controlled pressure levels up to double the atmospheric pressure (2.4 ATA).
Air Compressor
1 UNIT
The Hyperbaric chamber is pressurized with breathable air from the Air Compressor. Pressure + Oxygen are the two most important factors in HBOT.
Oxygen Concentrator
1 UNIT
During treatment, the user breathes high-purity oxygen supplied using the Oxygen Concentrators, directly into the BIBS (Built-In Breathing system). The number of Oxygen Concentrators is equal to the number of patients inside.
Air Cooler
1 UNIT
The system is also connected to an Air Cooler to keep the air fresh inside the chamber and the temperature under control.
System features
External Control Panel
Your command center for hyperbaric oxygen sessions
Navigate pressure adjustments, monitor vital information, maintain clear communication with your patient, and control every aspect of the chamber with confidence. Be prepared for any situation with manual overrides and an emergency stop button. Take control of patient well-being and elevate your hyperbaric therapy experience.
Internal Control Panel
Master your HBOT session from within.
Take charge of your hyperbaric experience with the intuitive internal control panel. Adjust pressure, time, and settings, all while monitoring key information on the built-in displays. You’re always in communication with the outside, all commands are mirrored for outside and inside user control.
Software control
The control consoles, located on the outside and inside the chamber, provide the controls and instrumentation for chamber operation. This includes the gas control systems and communications system. Chamber control is fully automated via the Automation System.
Automation system
The Automation System controls the chamber and runs sessions automatically. It consists of automation software, industrial PLC, sensors, valves, and PC.
The PLC is the core of the system, monitoring and controlling all connected devices (sensors, valves, etc.). The specific devices and functions controlled depend on customer configuration.
Tracking session progress and user data in real-time
Real-time session information is gathered from the sensors and displayed to monitor session status.
The monitoring systems track essential parameters, including atmospheric pressure, oxygen concentration, temperature, humidity, patient vitals, and treatment duration. Real-time monitoring enhances patient safety and empowers the medical team to make informed decisions.
Session status management
- Automatic session control for speed, pressure, and time
- Entry of new treatment profiles
